Order Processing Information
- In-Stock orders typically ship out within 2-3 days.
- In the case of an unexpected backorder, we’ll email you promptly. We restock weekly and long backorders are rare.
- All orders are charged in U.S. funds.
Is My Payment Secure? Yes! We use PayPal’s Secure Window for All Credit Card & PayPal Payments
We process all credit cards via PayPal’s super-secure system, but you don’t need a PayPal account to shop here. Simply enter your credit card in the PayPal payment window to complete your order with a credit card. We never even see or receive your credit card data on our system!

- 6.5% sales tax for Arkansas residents.
We are located in Arkansas and must charge Sales Taxes (6.5%) will be added for orders shipping and/or billing to Arkansas residents only.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for any unused item within 30 days of the shipping date. Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will promptly refund the merchandise purchase price for returns, or send a replacement item for exchanges.

Please re-pack the item(s) in the original shipping carton, insure the package for the full value, and retain your shipping and insurance receipts. If a return does not arrive in our warehouse, we must have proof of delivery (a UPS tracking number or post office proof of delivery) in order to credit your account.
Restock Fees and Non-Returnable Items:
20% restocking fee for returns of bulk/discounted orders over $200
Used or mistreated products are not subject to return unless there is a defect. Please call us if you feel an item is defective prior to return.
Returns of Orders that Shipped Free:
Actual shipping charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
If a shipment is refused, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
Damaged Shipments or Shipping Mistakes
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. Please Repack the items in the original shipping box. We will arrange the return and/or replacement of mis-shipped or damaged items right away!
Damaged Items or Warranties:
Yes, we warranty Bentley Drinkware Tumblers and will replace them with a small shipping fee.
You don’t need to send us the item back. Simply send us a picture of the broken item via mail or email with your shipping address and we’ll contact you with the shipping fee prior to shipping.
