• Lifetime guarantee on all tumblers against breakage. If your tumblers should crack, please send us a picture via email with your name, address and a short description (color, size and how many glasses need to be replaced) and we will send you a replacement with a small shipping fee.
• Products are dishwasher safe and will not crack or haze. However, we do not recommend placing any product with a monogram color other than black or white in the dishwasher. The stamp can become damaged.
• It is not advised to use any Bentley Drinkware or Tableware products in microwave, they may crack over time.
